Have you ever tried a new sport?
I tried taekwondo because I want to learn what is the importance of that sport. At first training, my legs were stretched and almost I cannot move properly.
During training, my back was full of sweat. After training, I drank lots of water and changed my T-shirt when we're home :))
And then, I took a nap.
I almost woke up at 6PM. LOL!!
Since all kinds of sports is tiring, I always bring lots of water (I bring water jug) and a towel. :))
